Eargs Learning Solutions is a professional IT training institute offering industry-focused programs in Cyber Security, Python Programming, Data Science, and Full Stack Java Development. With training centres in Thane and Kalyan, the institute helps students and working professionals gain practical, job-ready technical skills through classroom-based learning.
The goal of the website was to establish Eargs as a trusted local destination for technology training in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. While the institute already had a strong offline reputation, it lacked the online visibility needed to compete for high-intent searches related to IT certification and developer courses.
Challenge
Eargs struggled to rank for competitive local keywords such as “cyber security courses in Thane,” “full stack developer course in Kalyan,” “python certification course,” and “java full stack developer course.” The old website was outdated, slow, and not properly optimized for location-based SEO, which made it difficult to attract students searching for professional IT courses online.
The institute also had limited visibility on Google Maps and no structured PPC campaigns targeting students in Thane, Kalyan, and nearby locations. With strong competition from national EdTech companies and local training centres, Eargs needed a complete digital strategy to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Solution
We redesigned the website with a mobile-first structure focused on SEO and lead generation. Dedicated landing pages were created for Cyber Security, Python Certification, Full Stack Development, and Java Full Stack programs with optimized content, local keyword targeting, clear CTAs, FAQs, testimonials, and enquiry-focused layouts.
A strong local SEO strategy was implemented to improve rankings across Thane and Kalyan searches. We optimized Google Business Profiles, created location-focused content, built local citations, and launched targeted Google Ads campaigns for keywords including “cyber security courses in Thane,” “full stack developer course in Kalyan,” “python certification course,” and “java full stack developer course” to capture high-intent student enquiries.
Results
Within six months, Eargs achieved Page 1 visibility for several important training-related keywords across Thane and Kalyan. Organic enquiries increased by over 210%, while monthly website traffic grew from approximately 400 to more than 3,200 sessions.
